Strategic Plan 2023-25

From Feb - June 2023, the LEAP board and staff collaborated to draft and adopt a strategic plan for the upcoming three years. We also invited input and feedback from our outstanding organizational partners by convening a new Community Advisory Council with representatives from all ten of our partners.

Key program objectives in this plan include:

• Exploring partnerships with tribal communities where LEAP provides programs (OR and ID)

• Providing equitable access to year-round, off-river outdoor programs

• Establishing robust adaptive rafting and kayaking programs

• Implementing equitable employment practices and develop an internal talent pool
